Same winter storm. Same county. But my friend, massage therapist and yoga instructor saw our first accumulative snowfall a bit differently than I did. I tried to capture it all before sunset, she awoke early to watch the morning light awaken upon it the next day. I stepped out into the cold and onto my deck wearing slippers. She traipsed about her backyard in snowshoes. I believe she was a bit more prepared than me in that respect. While my camera lens was often aimed up, hers found some beautiful snow laden valley’s down below. A freshly laid winter wonderland has given us both some memorable moments. I’ve previously shared mine. So now, I share hers. Oh and the other difference – hers are on a slide video with a musical backdrop.
Thanks for your snowy day photos, Karen!
Thank you both for the beautiful pictures. Winter is my favorite season and you both captured how snow transforms the ordinary into something magical. Blessings to you both!!
